Andrew is currently completing Masters in Applied Science and is an external service provider to Australian Institute of Sport Olympic Athlete Programs, running a personal training studio in Sydney, Australia, Beyond Fitness .

Michael Blackburn BAppSci (Hons) PhD (Sports Science)
Michael has won two World Championships in Sailing, competed at three Olympics (winning a Bronze medal) and coached at a fourth (2008). He’s written a top-selling book Sail Fitter and produced Sailing Mind Skills , a CD and download on mental skills for sailing. Michael’s PhD was titled Thought Styles and Endurance Performance and studied runners’ thoughts and how they affected their physiology and performance.

Jim Jayes
Since retiring from competition in 1985 as British Canoe Slalom Champion, Jim Jayes has coached European, World and World Cup Champions and Olympic Medalist. He now resides in Llangollen UK, with his wife Sally, where he continues to coach and they run their activity business and outdoor shop White Water Active and Eddylines . In 1992 he published "Every Second Counts " on physical preparation for canoe slalom.
