Louis holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Leeds Beckett University, and also has a Batchelor’s degree in English Language from Canterbury Christ Church University – where he was also awarded a rugby scholarship.
A keen player of the game, Louis has also played high-level rugby. He was a member of the Exeter Chiefs acadmey during his youth and has also represented both Devon and Kent at age-group level.
He regularly attends Premiership and International press conferences, media events and matches, and strives to produce high quality, exclusive content.
After initially joining Planet Sport as a freelancer in June, he joined the team full-time in August 2024 as a Rugby News Writer. He also writes for sister site Love Rugby League.
During his time freelancing, he also wrote for leading publications like the Rugby Paper and Rugby Nause News.
His career highlight to date is covering England at Twickenham during the Autumn Nations Series.
